MAC VS PC

I am and have always been a PC consumer.
But, when i was in grade school all we used were Mac computers.
So, with all the Mac advertising I have seen these days, I decided to test drive one about a week ago ... and wow what a mess that was.
First of all (and last because I gve up ) i couldnt remember the main codes i needed to type into actually boot the Mac!! Yes , Im so use to the comfort of my PC that i take for granted the beautiful fact that it boots itself!! :) I could never switch to a mac, im sure it has its benefits , but i like the simplicity of PC's.

This being said I must also say that i will still always enjoy the Mac Vs PC commercials :)

So ... Its another late night for me , my sleeping schedule isn't on point right now.
I woke up today feeling a little under the weather, I forgot to close my window before I went to sleep, so its a possibility that I am now getting sick :(
I'm getting excited for my move across the province , less than a month and i will be in a totally new place , starting a new life.

My best friend in the world is my cat Peanut :)
He's big black, lovable cat (the size of a small dog)
We do everything together, well anyhting in the house lol, and he never judges me on my mistakes.
Right now , i live on a relatively busy street, so i don't let him outside, its too unsafe!!
But ... i do take him outside on a harness. :)
Where im moving is to a less busy area , with allot of land, so i think he will enjoy the freedom, especially nearing summer!!

Has anybody seen the movie Taken ?? Good movie, tons of action , and a good plot!!!
But what allot of people don't realize is that this movie hits home for allot of people in real life.
My last post is about a missing young woman named Jessie Foster, she has been missing for over 3 years now, and it is believed she fell victim to human trafficking (same thing that happened to the girl in Taken). Her mom , Glendene, still searches for her daughter Jessie on a daily basis, and is desperate to find her, or at least find out what has happened to her. Please give Jessie's story a second glance , as any little bit could help to bring her home.
I will be posting more facts and information about human trafficking/modern day slavery in posts to come ... its an important subject that i feel people need to be more educated about.

I will be blogging live tonight on Blog.Tv , probably around 1am.

Missing Jessie Foster!!

This is a very important subject to me; Missing Jessie Foster.
Jessie was only 21 years old when she left her home in Alberta to move to Las Vegas fter only visiting there once with a 'friend' for a week. Its a hard story to put into my own words, so this is an article about the case;

Jessie Foster left her home in Alberta, Canada.. to move to Las Vegas . . . where she had only visited just a few times before moving there. She was 21 at the time.

In short order she moved in with a fellow named Peter Todd, a 39-year-old Jamaican national who lives in a half-million-dollar tract home in a swank North Las Vegas neighborhood. A neighbor said Peter has driven home some fancy cars - a Jaguar, a Land Rover, a BMW.

Jessie told her parents - Glendene Grant and Dwight Foster, who have been divorced for years - that Peter was a trust-fund baby. He had enough money to take care of her so she wouldn't have to work, she said.

Jessie used to call her father every week, and her mom even more often. She text-messaged her big sister almost daily.

The last time they saw Jessie was over Christmas in 2006, when she went home to visit her dad in Calgary, and her mom in Kamloops. She sounded happy and looked good. They asked her to think twice about returning to Las Vegas, but she wouldn't be stopped.

In late March, Jessie's phone calls stopped. Her parents called the fellow she had been living with, Peter. He said he last saw Jessie on April 3. Next thing he knew, he said, she was gone and so was all of her stuff.

She hasn't used her cell phone or her credit cards since late March. Her bank accounts haven't been touched.

In the absence of any signs of foul play, police don't spend too much time looking for adults just because they haven't recently talked to their families. But the cops did talk to Peter Todd.

Peter told an investigator that Jessie was a prostitute, according to the missing persons report. A local private eye, Mike Kirkman, had learned the same information, and told the parents. They were heartsick.

It is believed that Jessica fell victim to a human trafficking ring... and that she is still alive somewhere and being held against her will. Extensive ground searches have been done in the deserts in Nevada, following up leads to where her body may be... but her remains have never been found. - Which even more supports the suspiscion that she is still alive.

Its been over 2 yrs since Jessie was last heard from, and her mom and family in Alberta are desperate to bring her home! They do not give up the search for her, it is a daily struggle for them, and they will not stop fighting untiltil they get her back.

Please check out the pictures of Jessie posted below, and keep an eye out, she could be anywhere!

I speak with Jessies mom on occasion and she will never give up the search for her daugther, any little bit could help!!!
